Baby Room 0-2 Years
Our baby room has sufficient space for the children to explore and extend their growing physical capabilities. The environment is made up of four main areas; Exploratory, Imaginative, physical and Cosy area with access to their own outdoor area.
All areas help to promote development from the seven stages of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS).Your child’s holistic needs remain priority and all children are valued as an individual.
The staff to child ratio under the age of two years is 1:3.
The care and facilities are equally amazing, but most importantly for me seeing my sons personality remain happy and cheeky in his nursery environment is so satisfying and a true reflection of how fab this nursery and staff are. ”

Liane Pycroft
Hello my name is Liane Pycroft, I am a NVQ level 4 practitioner with 11 years experience working within a childcare setting, 7 of which have been based in a baby room as the room leader.
I Joined Bright Futures in December 2017 and I am the Baby Room Leader.
The favourite part of my role is providing a safe, happy and stimulating environment in which the children can grow and develop.
Chantelle Taylor
Hello my name is Chantelle Taylor, I am a NVQ level 3 practitioner and I have been working in since 2012.
I started working at Bright Futures in January 2018, working within the baby room.
I enjoy having my own group of key children, watching and helping them to develop and grow and also building a good relationship with the parents.
Lucie Briggs
Hello my name is Lucie.
I am a level three qualified practitioner and I started working at Bright Futures in August 2019.
I am currently working in the baby room and I am excited to be working alongside my key children supporting and encouraging them to learn and grow.
My favourite thing about working with children is being part of their nursery journey and watching them achieve milestones throughout every room.
Kami Howorth
Hello my name is Kami Howorth, I am a NVQ Level 3 practitioner with and have been working in childcare since 2015.
I joined Bright Futures in May 2018 and work in the baby room.
I enjoy watching and helping my key children to grow and develop and building relationships with them and their parents.
